About Sonderbloom
Founded in 2020 with a vision to fill the gaps between organizations, we bring together professionals with backgrounds in government, research, policy, and project management to help nonprofits develop meaningful programs and initiatives.
Since then, we've grown and adapted in response to the needs of the communities we serve. Today, we are a trusted partner across strategy and planning, community engagement, housing development, and policy research and funding, with a reputation for agility, integrity, and showing up as a true extension of each organization we work alongside.
Our Approach
We work as an extension of each client's team, pairing outside expertise with a deep understanding of each organization. Every solution is tailored to the values, priorities, and needs of the people we work alongside, ensuring that every project is true to who they are.

Where We Are Today
Today, Sonderbloom is both a reflection of five years of growth and a look toward what comes next. Across community engagement, funding support, housing development, and strategic planning, our work reflects the same commitment that started it all.
