Montage Support Services is committed to providing quality person-inspired services to people living with disabilities and those requiring diverse supports. Sonderbloom has been successful in securing additional funding for Montage by partnering around consultancy and grant writing. These additional funds have been used to enhance the quality of support services, strategic implementation and board governance.
LEF – The Mount Dennis Quilt
Capital & Operating Grant, Project Management
Sonderbloom is working with the Learning Enrichment Foundation (LEF) to bring to life one of the largest supportive affordable housing projects in Toronto - The Mount Dennis Quilt (Quilt). The Quilt envisions a multi-use building offering affordable and supportive residential rental units, 2 floors of community space, 1 floor of retail space, and a vibrant streetscape. Sonderbloom is assisting LEF in capital/operational planning and leading the process for securing government funding for the project.

Youth Without Shelter
Grant Research, Project Management
Youth Without Shelter (YWS) is a non-profit organization offering shelter and support for youth facing homelessness in the Greater Toronto Area. Since its inception in 1986, YWS has helped more than 16,000 vulnerable youth aged 16 – 24 find long-term stable housing and employment. Sonderbloom supports YWS in securing government funding through grant research and completing applications for municipal, provincial and federal funding streams.
