Notice of Pre-Construction Surveys 

Building Condition Assessment surveys will be taking place between the hours of 8AM - 11AM on 16 May.

There will be a team of 3 surveyors attending site for a 2 - 3 hour period. The survey team will be carrying out a visual inspection of all accessible areas of the building. The survey team will be taking photographs to record the condition of the building and mechanical facilities.

No areas of the building will be out of use during the survey.
