Please be advised that soil testing will be carried out on site as part of the new fire escape for the Attic.

What to Expect:

• Contractors will be present with equipment (e.g., drilling/boring rig and sampling tools).

• Work areas will be clearly marked and secured for safety.

• Some noise and vibration may be noticeable during the testing period.

• Access to certain outdoor or basement areas may be temporarily restricted while testing is in progress.

Residents and staff are requested to avoid the designated testing zones for safety reasons. 

Contractors will coordinate with site management to minimize disruption.
