Notice of Pre-Construction Survey Pre-construction surveys will be taking place at 87 Pembroke St between the hours of 9AM and 5PM on Monday, May 26th, 2025.

EXP. will be carrying out a full building survey requiring access to all rooms. This survey is to help understand the fabric of the building prior to renovation works commencing and therefore will involve a small amount of drilling. All intrusions will be patched and areas worked in will be cleaned.
